GPGD is a small breeding kennel located in Northeast Ohio. We specialize in Chocolate and Lilac variations of Great Danes. All of our Danes are AKC registered. We have been in love with this breeds goofy personality and regal appearance for many years. In 2017 we purchased our first Great Dane, Ganon. He has been proven to be an amazing depiction of the breed. Though he is not one of our breeding dogs, his personality has allowed him to do great things, including visiting children in schools for career day as I am also a veterinary technician.
Since 2017, our fur family has grown to include our 3 Danes that are a part of our breeding program. These Danes are part of our family first and their health and well being is our top concern. To ensure their health as well as the health and quality of their offspring, we fully test them through OFA/PennHip for proper hips and elbows and any heart, eye, or thyroid issues that could possibly be congenital.
Our Puppies are raised in our home with love from not only our family, but our friends and other pets as well. We utilize Puppy Culture as they develop their socialization skills. Furthermore, all of our puppies venture to their new home microchipped and registered to ensure they can be reunited with their owner if lost, or brought back to us should an event arise where their new owner can no longer care for them. We are dedicated to providing the best life for our puppies regardless of their age.
